ABOUT THE SHOW

The Rising Stars Youth Theater Troupe is a unique program for youth who design and stage plays.  In this swash-buckling medieval adventure,  Robin Hood wins the archery contest, battles with the Sheriff, foils the plans of Lady Merle, and saves Maid Marian from marriage to the evil Prince John.

ROLES AVAILABLE

Stage director Tanner Moenning and assistant Kade Bryand seek a cast of youth entering grades five through nine.  Seven roles are available for boys. They include:   Robin Hood, Friar Tuck, Little John, Will Scarlet, Sheriff of Nottingham, Kaspar the Soldier, and a Soldier who also plays King Richard.  Girls will portray the following:  Lady Merle, Maid Marian, Mother Meg, Beth, Annabelle, Salome, Old Widow, and Sheriff's Wife.
