Ticket Taker: stands at the entrance of the theatre, takes tickets from audience as they enter.
Playbill: stands at the entrance of the theatre, pass playbills to audience as they enter
Autograph Sheets: stands at the entrance of the theatre, pass Autograph sheets to audience as they enter
Greeter: Greet audience as they enter theatre lobby
Refreshment Ticket Seller: Sit at refreshment ticket tables and sell intermission refreshment tickets to audience before the show and during intermission.
Refreshment ticket hawker: sell  refreshment tickets to audience in theater before the show
Usher: help people find their seats in the theater
Prize Drawing: stand at prize drawing table and encourage kids to sign up
Concessions: ushers assigned to helping other find seats or passing out playbills or autograph sheets may also be assigned to help set up (during act I) and watch the refreshment tables during intermission
Merchandise tables: Adults assigned to helping other find seats or passing out playbills or autograph sheets may also be assigned to the merchandise tables at intermission and after the show.
